These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products, online courses, personal and group programs, e-books, mentoring, coaching, consultations, service packages, and physical products offered through the website.
2. Definitions
Digital Product – e-book, PDF, audio, video, online course, membership section, or any other content delivered electronically.
Service – coaching, mentoring, Human Design readings, consultations, mentoring packages, long-term programs, workshops.
Customer – any individual who orders a product or service.
Provider – the company listed above.
3. Contract Formation & Orders
An order becomes binding once it is submitted and paid.
The contract is concluded at the moment the payment is successfully processed via Stripe or PayPal.
Access to digital products is granted only after payment is received.
Consultation sessions are reserved only after payment.
For pre-sale products, the customer acknowledges that access will be provided no earlier than the release date stated on the product page.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are listed in CZK (unless stated otherwise).
Payments are processed online via the payment gateway (Stripe / Paypal)
Selected services may offer a payment plan option.
Failure to comply with a payment plan may result in:
– suspended access to products,
– cancellation of reserved appointments,
– recovery of outstanding payments.
5. Delivery of Products & Services
Digital Products
The customer receives access to the members’ area or downloadable files immediately after payment.
Online Courses & Programs
Content may be:
– available immediately,
– released gradually (self-paced or scheduled),
– available on a specific future date in case of pre-sale.
Consultations & Mentoring
Delivered based on mutual agreement via Zoom, WhatsApp, phone or another platform.
6. Rights & Responsibilities
Customer:
– provides accurate personal information,
– uses content for personal use only,
– does not share digital content with third parties.
Provider:
– delivers services based on expertise, experience, and methodology,
– does not guarantee specific results (personal development is an individual process),
– may terminate cooperation if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
7. Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
7.1 Digital Products
Withdrawal is not possible once access to the content has been granted (according to §1837 of the Czech Civil Code).
7.2 Consultations, Coaching & Mentoring
Cancellation policy:
– Cancellation more than 14 days in advance → 100% refund
– Cancellation 14–3 days in advance → 50% refund
– Cancellation 48 hours in advance or later → 0% refund
– No-show → no refund
7.3 Online Programs & Courses
Once the program starts or materials are accessed, withdrawal is not possible.
7.4 Physical Products
The 14-day return period applies only to unopened and undamaged items.
8. Complaints & Returns
Digital content cannot be claimed for “not meeting expectations” – it is educational and self-development content.
Physical products can be claimed within a 24-month warranty period.
Technical issues with playback (Wix, customer’s device, internet connection) are not grounds for a refund.
9. Copyright
All website content, courses, PDFs, videos, and materials are protected by copyright.
Customers may not:
– share content,
– forward materials,
– distribute login information,
– claim content as their own.
10. Limitation of Liability
The provider is not responsible for:
– achieving specific results,
– decisions made by the customer,
– technical issues of third-party platforms,
– loss of profit.
Coaching / Mentoring Disclaimer
Coaching, mentoring, Human Design readings, and personal development services are not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or treatment of mental disorders.
All content is educational, developmental, and inspirational.
The customer is fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are handled primarily through amicable, out-of-court communication.
If no agreement is reached, the legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The provider may update the Terms & Conditions at any time.
The current version is always available on the website.
